Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using any mobile application developed by BrakisApps ("we," "our," or "us").

Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using our apps, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our apps.

License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our apps for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and the Apple App Store Terms of Service.

User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for all data you enter into our apps.
• You agree not to use our apps for any unlawful purpose.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and iCloud account.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our apps — including design, code, graphics, and logos — are owned by BrakisApps and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Data and Privacy

Your use of our apps is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Your data is stored locally on your device and optionally in your private iCloud account. We do not access, collect, or store your personal data on our servers.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our apps are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our apps will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BrakisApps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, arising from your use of our apps.

Subscriptions and Purchases

Some features may require in-app purchases or subscriptions. All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's terms. Refund requests should be directed to Apple.

Subscription Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. There are no refunds for partial billing periods.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our apps at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our apps after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which BrakisApps operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
